How can we help you?
Quick answers to common questions are below. If you cannot find what you need, use the form at the bottom of the page to raise a support request; we normally reply within 1–2 working days.
Account and sign-in
How do I create an account?
Click the "Sign in" button in the top right corner, then use the "Create account" link on that page to open a new account with your email and a password. In the mobile app you can also use the Google or Apple sign-in options on the login screen; your account is created automatically on first sign-in.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
On the sign-in page click the "Forgot my password" link and enter your email address. Use the reset link that arrives within a few minutes to set a new password. If no email arrives, remember to check your spam/junk folder.
I cannot sign in with Google or Apple, what should I do?
First update the app to the latest version. If it still does not work, make sure the email address on your account is verified with your Google or Apple ID. If you previously opened an account with the same address using email + password, the system links the two accounts automatically on your first Google/Apple sign-in. If the error persists you can raise a support request.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account and all your data (binders, cards, wishlist, public profile) you can use the account deletion request in your profile settings, or send an email titled "Account deletion request" to [email protected]. We process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email. The action cannot be undone.
Collection and binders
What is a binder and how do I create one?
A binder is a virtual folder where you organise your cards. You can create separate binders per game or theme (for example "Pokemon study binder", "One Piece investment" or "Eldridge trades").
To create a new binder use the "Create binder" button on your profile page. Then, from a card detail page, choose "Add to collection" to place that card in the binder you want.
How does set completion work?
When you open a Set detail page, the progress bar shows which cards you own and which are missing. Adding a card to your collection updates your set progress automatically. If you own more than one copy of the same card, the quantity is shown (such as ×2 or ×3).
I added a card by mistake, how do I remove it?
Use the "Remove from collection" button on the card detail page. One click reduces the quantity by one; when it reaches zero the card leaves your collection entirely. To remove it from inside a binder, open the binder detail page, click the card and do the same.
Can other users see my binders?
That is up to you. In profile settings you can set each binder individually to "Public" or "Private". Public binders can be viewed through the shareable link on your profile; private binders are yours alone.
How do I change my default binder?
The default binder is the one that is pre-selected when you add a card. On the web: open your Profile, go to "My Binders" and press the ☆ (Set as default) button on the binder you want. In the mobile app: My Collection → open the binder → ☆ (Set as Default) at the top right. If you do not see that button in the app, update to the latest version or do it on binderim.com. Every account has exactly one default binder at a time; when you choose a new one, the previous one stops being the default. A default binder cannot be deleted — make another binder the default first.
Prices
Where do the prices come from?
We collect card prices from the leading TCG price providers for each game (such as PriceCharting and TCGplayer). Those sources analyse real sales data from major marketplaces, eBay above all, to reflect the current market value. The price analysis section on a card detail page shows the world market and the Turkish market separately.
How often are prices updated?
Card prices refresh automatically every day. The total value of your collection is calculated daily too, and you can follow the weekly, monthly and yearly change on a chart.
Why do some cards have no price?
For very new or very rare printings the price providers may not have data yet. In that case the card detail shows "No price data"; once the data arrives it appears in your collection automatically.
Which currencies are supported?
TRY, USD, EUR and GBP are supported. You can change the currency at any time, for example from the selector on the collection value screen. Exchange rates are updated daily.
Shopping and orders
How do I buy cards from the marketplace?
Find the card you want in the Marketplace in the top menu and add the listing you like to your cart. You can collect cards from different sellers in the same cart. At the payment step choose your delivery address and complete the order; the order summary and payment details are shown on screen and sent to you by email.
How do I pay?
There can be two payment methods: bank transfer (Havale/EFT) and Secure Payment (card payment) — which one is available depends on the seller and on your cart. Bank transfer is each seller's own choice; if a seller has turned it off, you can only pay by card at checkout.
Bank transfer (Havale/EFT): after you place the order, the order detail page shows the IBAN and the amount due for each seller separately. Remember to write your order number in the transfer reference; once the seller confirms your payment the order starts being prepared and you are notified by email at every step.
Secure Payment: the order amount and the transaction fee are charged to your card and your order is confirmed instantly (no seller approval is needed). Your payment is held by Binderim until the item reaches you; it does not go straight to the seller.
Where do I track my order?
Open "My orders" from your profile menu to see the status of all your orders. When your order is handed to the carrier, the tracking number is added to the order detail and also sent to you by email.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, you can message the seller to request a cancellation.
If you paid by bank transfer: the refund is handled between you and the seller.
If you paid with Secure Payment: the refund is made by Binderim. If you cancel the order yourself before it is shipped, the item price (and the shipping fee, if all of the seller's items are cancelled) is refunded; the transaction fee is not refunded (the payment provider cost cannot be recovered). If you change your mind after receiving the item, only the item price is refunded (see "What happens if I change my mind after receiving an item?" below).
If you run into trouble, contact us through the support form with your order number and we will step in.
Can I shop without being a member?
You can browse cards and add them to your cart, but completing an order needs a free account. The cart you filled as a guest is transferred to your account automatically when you sign in, so nothing is lost.
How much is shipping?
The shipping fee depends on the seller and is shown clearly in your cart at the payment step. Many sellers offer free shipping above a certain cart total; you can see this on the listing and cart pages.
What does secure payment mean?
We hold the amount charged to your card — it does not go straight to the seller. It is released to the seller when you confirm that you received the item; if you do not confirm, it is released automatically 5 days after delivery. If something goes wrong, the refund is made by Binderim even if the money has already been released to the seller.
What is the transaction fee and why is it there?
The transaction fee is the cost of the card payment infrastructure; it is shown as a separate line from the item price in the order summary and no invoice is issued to you for it (it is a pass-through item). This fee is not revenue for Binderim.
What happens to my money if I cancel an order I paid for by card?
If you cancel the order yourself before it is shipped, the item price (and the shipping fee, if all of the seller's items are cancelled) is refunded, but the transaction fee is not. If the seller does not send the item, or the order is cancelled for reasons caused by the seller, you get a full refund.
What happens if I change my mind after receiving an item?
Within 14 days of delivery you can open a return request from your order page by choosing "Changed my mind / I want to return it". Once the seller accepts, send the item back in the condition you received it to the address the seller provides within 5 days and enter the shipping details on your order page; the return shipping cost is yours. When the item reaches the seller and the seller confirms it arrived without problems, the item price is refunded. The original shipping fee and the transaction fee are not refunded. If you do not send the item in time, the request is closed. If you paid by bank transfer, the seller sends the refund to your IBAN. This option is not available for in-person handover orders placed on or after 30 September 2026; if the item is faulty, fake or not as described, you can still report a problem from your order page.
How do I find the listings of a specific shop (seller) in the marketplace?
You can find them by filtering by shop/seller name. Web: on the Marketplace page, open the "Seller & trust" filter group, type the seller name into the "Search…" box and pick the seller from the list (you can pick more than one seller). Mobile: open the filters, type the seller name into the "Search…" box in the "Seller" group and pick the seller (on mobile one seller can be selected at a time; tap the selected seller again to clear it). This list only shows sellers who currently have listings; a shop with no listings left will not appear. The search box at the top searches by card name, not by shop name.
Selling
How do I become a seller?
On binderim.com, fill in the application form from the "Become a seller" link in the top menu or from the "Seller profile" tab on your profile. Our team reviews your application; when it is approved you are notified by email and your Seller Panel is opened. You can see the status of your application on the same tab.
How do I put my cards up for sale?
Approved sellers create listings on binderim.com from Seller Panel → "List a product". You set the price, condition and quantity for each listing; your listings appear in the marketplace and on your store profile.
How do I get paid?
For bank transfer sales: the buyer transfers the money directly to the IBAN shown on the order detail. When you see the payment in your account you confirm it in the Seller Panel; the order then moves to the preparing stage. There is no commission and no intermediary account — the payment reaches you directly. Bank transfer is off by default; you turn it on yourself under Seller Panel → Store Settings → "Bank transfer / EFT payment" by accepting the rules. If, on a bank transfer order, you do not choose "Payment Received" or "Payment Not Received" within 24 hours after the order is placed, bank transfer closes automatically and you can reopen it; if this happens 3 times it closes permanently and only an administrator can reopen it (pressing "Payment Not Received" does not count).
For Secure Payment sales: the payment is taken when the order is placed and does not wait for your approval. The amount moves to your wallet instantly if the buyer confirms delivery, or +5 days after delivery for carrier/automatic delivery. A secure-payment service fee of Free 3% · Pro 1.5% · Pro+ 0.75% is charged on these sales (bank transfer sales have no deduction at all). An amount received by card payment can be withdrawn to your IBAN at the earliest 7 days after the payment. No withdrawal fee applies to amounts spent on Kargonomi labels or card advertising.
What does secure payment change in my store?
Secure payment is on for every store and cannot be switched off from the Seller Panel; a seller who does not accept it can close their account, and open orders are unaffected. Buyers can pay by card on TRY orders with a cart total of 200 TL or more. While holiday mode is on, the Secure Payment option is not shown to buyers.
What is contracted shipping (Kargonomi)?
With contracted shipping you create your shipments in one click from the panel, at better than market rates: the barcode is generated automatically, the fee is deducted from your seller wallet and the tracking number is sent to the buyer. You can combine several orders for the same buyer into a single shipment. For details and activation see Seller Panel → Shipping settings.
Can I have a store profile?
Yes. In the store settings of the Seller Panel you can create a public store profile: add a store name, logo and description, and show all your listings on a single page. If you have a physical store you can add its location too.
Can I become a seller or create listings from the mobile app?
Not yet. Applying as a seller, editing your seller profile, creating listings and (for sellers in Türkiye) linking a bank account for wallet payouts are only available on binderim.com. In the mobile app you can follow your orders, shipments and wallet balance.
How do I change my IBAN?
This applies to sellers in Türkiye; UK sellers are paid out through Stripe. There are two separate sets of bank details. The IBAN that buyers paying by bank transfer see is on your seller profile and is updated from the "Seller profile" tab on your profile; every change to your seller profile goes back for approval and your store is suspended until it is approved. The bank account your wallet money is paid out to is changed with the "Change bank account" button in the "Payout to Bank Account" section of Seller Panel → "Wallet transactions". It cannot be changed while a payout request is in progress; if the request is still pending, you can cancel it on the same page first.
Profile and privacy
How do I make my profile private?
In profile settings you can turn off the "Make my profile public" option. While your profile is private it does not appear in search results, and opening your profile link directly shows a "This profile is private" message.
What is visible on my public profile?
Your display name, your profile photo and the cards in the binders you marked as public. Your email address, your phone number and your private binders are never shown to anyone else.
How can I change my display name?
You can update the display name field on the profile settings page. The display name is also used in your profile link (for example binderim.com/u/username), so your old links may stop working after a change.
Mobile app
Which platforms have the mobile app?
You can download the Binderim mobile app from the iOS App Store and the Android Google Play Store. The mobile app uses the same account as the web; a change you make on one side appears on the other instantly.
How do I turn notifications on or off?
The app asks for notification permission on your first sign-in. To change it later, manage it from Settings → Binderim → Notifications on iOS, or Settings → Apps → Binderim → Notifications on Android.
Are the cards in the app the same as on the web?
Yes. The mobile app and the web are fed by the same database; the cards you add, the binders you create, your wishlist and the price history stay in sync in real time on both platforms.
General
Which TCG games are supported?
Pokemon TCG, One Piece Card Game and Riftbound (League of Legends TCG) are fully supported today. New games are added regularly — stay tuned!
What is TCG Café?
TCG Café is where the Binderim community meets: share what is new in your collection, see what other collectors are doing, comment and leave likes. Members who take part regularly are featured in the "Café regulars" list beside the page.
Can I request a new game or feature?
Of course. Send your suggestions, the games you would like added or new feature ideas through the support form, choosing the "Suggestion" category. We read every suggestion and shape our roadmap around them.
I found a bug, how do I report it?
Report it through the support form using the "Bug report" category, adding a screenshot if you can. If you also tell us which page or action it happened on, plus your device and app version, we can fix it much faster.
Does Binderim cost anything?
The core features — collection management, set completion, price tracking, public profile and wishlist — are free. For those who want more there are paid Pro and Pro+ plans; see the Pricing page for details.
How do I move to Pro or Pro+, and can I switch from monthly to yearly?
On the Pricing page you can choose monthly or yearly and buy a plan, and move to a higher plan with the "Upgrade" button. To switch the same plan from monthly to yearly, first cancel your current plan (downgrade to the free plan on the Pricing page); it stays active until the end of the period, and on the end date you can buy the yearly plan. A subscription bought in the mobile app is managed in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
